Lone Palm Labs, the startup behind photo-sharing app Retro, has raised at least $21 million in venture funding, according to financial filings reviewed by Business Insider. The company lists Thrive Capital, Scribble Ventures, Imaginary Ventures and Uncommon Projects among its investors. Retro, founded in 2022 and launched in 2023, offers private photo and video sharing for friends and family. Sensor Tower estimated the app had 1.7 million global monthly active users and 7.8 million downloads as of Wednesday, the report said.
