PLACE has completed its acquisition of Maxwell, a mortgage technology and services platform serving more than 400 financial institutions and facilitating more than $130 billion in annual transactions. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Maxwell provides mortgage application technology, business intelligence, fulfillment, diligence and private-label origination services. PLACE plans to integrate those capabilities more deeply into its real estate and financial services ecosystem.

Maxwell will continue providing its existing platform, customer support and products, with no planned disruption to current contracts or relationships.
