SafePal said an authorization flaw in a plug-in used to track customer orders exposed names, physical addresses and contact details for 39,798 customers. The affected orders were placed between March 2, 2025, and April 11, 2026, according to the company. SafePal said cryptocurrency funds, seed phrases, private keys, bank details and government IDs were not affected. It said it patched the flaw, notified affected customers, hired an independent security firm to audit the fix, and removed more than 30 fraudulent websites and phishing links associated with the incident.
