NVIDIA holds 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders online

The NVIDIA Newsroom reported on June 11, 2026, that the company will hold its 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders online on Wednesday, June 24, at 9 a.m. PT. The virtual meeting can be accessed by stockholders using the control number from their notice or proxy card. Participants are able to vote and submit questions during the meeting. Non-stockholders may attend after registering as guests. Details on the matters to be voted on are contained in the proxy statement filed May 12, 2026, with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. A replay of the webcast will be posted and remain available until June 24, 2027.
