Peeriot GmbH announced the closing of its late-seed funding round. The deep-tech startup secured a seven-figure sum to accelerate the market launch of its technology. TGFS Technologiegründerfonds Sachsen led the round, with co-investment from beteiligungsmanagement thüringen gmbh and participation from the Companisto business angel network.

The capital will fund the 2026 launch of Myrmic, the community version of the company's IoT middleware. Roy Kaiser, CFO of Peeriot, said the financing allows development and launch of the first market-ready version of Myrmic and consistent community growth. Kaiser added that TGFS and bm|t support the strategic direction and upcoming product and market launch, while Companisto expands the investor base with angel investors who have deep expertise in the IT and technology sectors.

Nicky Hughes, Investment Director at Companisto, said the round underscores interest in scalable deep-tech innovations within the network and that Peeriot convinced many experienced angel investors with its clear technological focus and initial industrial validations. Ralf Hüskes, CEO of Peeriot, said the solution creates a new category of infrastructure software for autonomous edge systems, with the community version intended to achieve rapid distribution, developer adoption and ecosystem effects.
