# AI dashboard experience improvements released

Workers AI and AI Gateway have received a series of dashboard improvements to help users get started faster and manage their AI workloads more easily. AI now has its own top level section in the Cloudflare dashboard sidebar so that users can find AI features without digging through menus.

Getting started with AI Gateway is now simpler. When users create their first gateway they see the gateway's OpenAI compatible endpoint and step by step guidance to configure it. The Playground also includes helpful prompts and usage pages have clear next steps if no requests have been made yet.

Previously separate code example sections have been combined into one view. Dropdown selectors for API type, provider, SDK, and authentication method allow users to customize the exact code snippet needed from a single place.

The route builder for dynamic routing is now more performant and responsive. Users can copy route names to the clipboard with a single click. Code examples use the Universal Endpoint format making it easier to integrate routes into applications.

Small monetary values now display correctly in cost analytics charts so spending can be tracked accurately at any scale. Keyboard navigation within AI Gateway has been improved specifically when exploring usage by provider. Sorting and filtering components on the Workers AI models page have also seen enhancements.
