NASA and partners conduct Crew-12 Flight Readiness Review

NASA, SpaceX, and international partners are holding a Flight Readiness Review to evaluate preparations for the Crew-12 mission. The meeting is intended to determine whether conditions support a launch. The review is taking place at NASA Kennedy Space Center. Participants are examining the readiness of the SpaceX crew transportation system, the International Space Station, and the support provided by partner agencies. The process is designed to conclude with a certification of flight readiness. The Crew-12 mission is planned to transport a crew of four to the space station. The astronauts include Jessica Meir and Jack Hathaway from NASA along with Sophie Adenot of the European Space Agency. Andrey Fedyaev of Roscosmos completes the team for the eight-month science mission. The results of the review are scheduled for release later today.
