AMD reported record revenue of 10.3 billion dollars for the fourth quarter of 2025. Gross margin was 54 percent. Operating income was 1.8 billion dollars, net income was 1.5 billion dollars and diluted earnings per share was 0.92 dollars. On a non-GAAP basis, gross margin was 57 percent. Operating income was a record 2.9 billion dollars, net income was a record 2.5 billion dollars and diluted earnings per share was a record 1.53 dollars. AMD reported record revenue of 34.6 billion dollars for the full year 2025. Gross margin was 50 percent. Operating income was 3.7 billion dollars, net income was 4.3 billion dollars and diluted earnings per share was 2.65 dollars. On a non-GAAP basis, gross margin was 52 percent. Operating income was a record 7.8 billion dollars, net income was a record 6.8 billion dollars and diluted earnings per share was a record 4.17 dollars. Full year 2025 results included approximately 440 million dollars in net inventory and related charges as a result of U.S. government export controls on AMD Instinct MI308 data center GPU products. In the fourth quarter, AMD benefited from an approximate 360 million dollar release of previously reserved inventory and related charges. Fourth quarter AMD Instinct MI308 revenue to China was approximately 390 million dollars. Data Center segment revenue in the quarter was a record 5.4 billion dollars, up 39 percent year-over-year. Client and Gaming segment revenue in the quarter was 3.9 billion dollars, up 37 percent year-over-year. Embedded segment revenue in the quarter was 950 million dollars, up 3 percent year-over-year. For the first quarter of 2026, AMD expects revenue to be approximately 9.8 billion dollars, plus or minus 300 million dollars. Non-GAAP gross margin is expected to be approximately 55 percent.
