Notion 3.2: Mobile AI, new models, people directory

Notion released updates that bring its artificial intelligence tools to mobile devices. One tap initiates AI note transcriptions during calls or meetings, even if the user switches applications or locks the screen. Summaries, action items and shareable documents are generated in seconds. The Notion Agent now operates fully on mobile phones. It performs tasks such as building forms, creating databases and searching company information. Users can assign items from their to-do lists to the agent for background processing. New artificial intelligence models became available for selection. Options include GPT-5.2, Claude Opus 4.5 and Gemini 3. An automatic setting chooses the most suitable model while preserving user context across switches. A People Directory feature was added to show all members of a workspace. The directory appears as a pre-built database that administrators can customize or import from human resources systems. It is reachable by searching for the term People or via the Members section in settings.
