# Pure starts piling for 70MW Brent Cross data-center building

Pure Data Centres has started piling work for the West Shell of its 70MW LON01 B2 facility at the Brent Cross campus in North London.

The second building will add more than 23,000 square meters and bring total campus capacity to 90MW, according to the operator. General contractor Glencar is handling piling, foundations, underground services, structural work and the building envelope. Completion of the wider B2 facility is scheduled for the second quarter of 2029; the campus is planned with closed-loop liquid cooling for high-density AI inference and cloud workloads.
