# Laya releases open AI models for routing tickets and classifying messages

Laya released three open-source AI models designed to make structured decisions, such as choosing a support queue, assessing urgency or identifying suspicious messages. They return a choice, score or probability instead of generating a written response.

The developer says the software selects a model according to the language of the input and makes the model files available under the Apache 2.0 license. The package can download each model separately.

The developer's tests also found limits: accuracy falls when a task offers more than 20 choices, and the base models need task-specific training for stronger results.
