Imp brings model workflow optimization to Elixir

Imp's first release on Hex brings tools for building and improving language model programs to Elixir applications. Developers can declare what each model call takes and returns, then test and optimize the result against labeled examples. The library also runs agents as supervised processes, allowing applications to monitor runs and control tool calls. Version 0.5 includes retrieval and several optimizers. It is experimental: its API may change, its optimizers need large-scale benchmarking, and installation requires Elixir 1.19 or later plus a C and C++ compiler.
