# Solink raises more than $100 million for AI video software

Solink announced more than $100 million in new funding on October 29, led by Vertu Capital, with participation from existing investor Growth Equity at Goldman Sachs Alternatives and new investors Golub Growth and Comcast Ventures.

The Ottawa company said the money will fund its AI development roadmap and expansion into software that extracts business information from existing security cameras. It reports serving more than 35,000 customer locations in 65 countries, with 500,000 cameras under management. Its applications span retail locations, restaurants and warehouses, including loss prevention, safety and operations.
