Anthropic announced a 1.5 billion dollar joint venture with Blackstone, Goldman Sachs and Hellman and Friedman to embed Claude inside mid-size businesses. Initial sectors include healthcare, manufacturing, financial services and real estate. Cerebras filed an amended registration statement for its initial public offering with a price range of 115 dollars to 125 dollars across 28 million shares. The offering targets a 3.5 billion dollar raise at a 26.6 billion dollar fully diluted valuation. Morgan Stanley, Citi, Barclays and UBS lead the book, with pricing set for May 13 and first trades on May 14 on the Nasdaq under CBRS.
