i-PRO Introduces Its First Cameras with Generative AI at ISC West 2026
Image: Primary i-PRO Co., Ltd. will introduce its first cameras equipped with generative AI at ISC West 2026. The announcement came for the company's booth number 26053. The cameras run generative AI fully at the edge to enable natural language interaction with live video.
The X-series fisheye cameras extend generative AI into live incident detection and real-time alerting. Processing occurs directly on the camera without cloud services or analytics servers. This setup supports faster operator response.
The generative AI engine uses Ambarella CV72 AI vision SoC. It allows real-time free-text detection based on natural language descriptions rather than predefined rules.
Operators describe conditions such as a person lying down or a delivery truck. The camera monitors for those conditions and triggers alerts. For investigations, free text search uses on-camera metadata through i-PRO Active Guard.
The cameras include a true 12.5MP fisheye sensor. They feature AI Noise Reduction for low light conditions. Outdoor models carry IK11 and IP69 rated rugged housing.
The devices support Docker containers for custom applications. They comply with Secure Boot, signed firmware and FIPS 140-3 Level 3 requirements.
Gerard Figols, Chief Operating Officer at i-PRO, said free text interaction changes the way people work with video. The cameras will be available globally beginning June 2026.
