Atos announced the launch of its Threat Research Center on March 31, 2026 in Paris, France. The center serves as a next generation intelligence hub. It aims to provide earlier, deeper and more actionable insights into cyber threats. The center consolidates advanced research expertise, threat actor monitoring, vulnerability intelligence and AI powered automation. It delivers globally aligned actionable intelligence to Atos security operations centers. This strengthens threat detection, investigation and response capabilities. It enables earlier identification of emerging vulnerabilities. This allows for rapid prioritization and proactive remediation across customer environments. The center also offers insights into threat actor behavior and emerging campaigns. Research efforts combine operational technology and information technology vulnerabilities. These span hardware, software and network layers. The work serves sectors such as healthcare, life sciences, telecommunications, utilities and manufacturing. Günter Koinegg, global head of Cybersecurity Services at Atos, said the Threat Research Center is a centralized powerhouse.
