Eragon has raised 12 million dollars at a 100 million dollar post-money valuation. The startup, founded by Josh Sirota in August, is building an agentic AI operating system for enterprise customers. The system aims to replace traditional interfaces such as buttons, dialog boxes, and pull-down menus with prompts to a large language model that delivers the functions of tools including Salesforce, Snowflake, Tableau, and Jira.

Sirota previously worked on go-to-market teams at Oracle and Salesforce. He launched the company with a small team from a live-work loft in San Francisco. Technical contributors include Berkeley computer science PhD student Rishabh Tiwari and MIT PhD Vin Agarwal, who are developing the stack.

The round was backed by Arielle Zuckerberg at Long Journey Ventures, Soma Capital, Axiom Partners, and strategic angels Mike Knoop and Elias Torres. Axiom partner Sandhya Venkatachalam said the firm sees enormous potential for Eragon to become the connective tissue for how modern teams operate and make decisions.

Eragon post-trains open source models such as Qwen and Kimi on customer datasets and deploys them inside customer environments so that companies retain their data and own the resulting model weights. The tool is in use at a handful of large businesses and dozens of startups. Corgi chief executive Nico Laqua called Eragon the best applied AI for enterprise in the market.

Sirota expects the company to reach a billion-dollar valuation by the end of the year. He demonstrates the system by issuing natural language prompts that automatically assign credentials, spin up cloud instances, and begin onboarding workflows for new customers such as Dedalus Labs.
