The U.S. Army awarded Anduril a new enterprise contract to consolidate the procurement and management of the company's commercially available technologies. This contract combines more than 120 separate procurement actions into a single contractual framework.

The consolidation eliminates pass-through charges on subcontracts and reduces procurement timelines. Soldiers gain rapid access to software platforms, integrated hardware, data and compute infrastructure, and ancillary support services.

The contract provides strategic, operational, and tactical capabilities through existing data integration with hundreds of Joint and Army systems. Brig. Gen. Matt Ross said it establishes a common framework for counter-UAS interoperability and a foundational command and control capability.

The agreement covers a 10-year period with a five-year base and a five-year optional ordering period. It has an estimated value of up to 20 billion dollars as the maximum potential value.

Savings come from range pricing, annual spend volume discounts, and pre-negotiated terms that save time on negotiations. Gabe Chiulli said enterprise contracts consolidate software agreements and accelerate the delivery of critical tools as part of the modernization strategy.

The Army continues to evaluate emerging technologies and remains committed to fair and open competition on future programs. Industry is encouraged to monitor SAM.gov and the Army Open Solicitation for opportunities.
