# NVIDIA unveils AI-powered cybersecurity solution for operational technology and industrial control systems

NVIDIA is collaborating with Akamai, Forescout, Palo Alto Networks, Xage Security and Siemens to bring accelerated computing and artificial intelligence to cybersecurity for operational technology and industrial control systems. The work targets real time threat detection and response across critical infrastructure.

Forescout and NVIDIA are making zero trust practical for OT environments. Forescout provides continuous discovery and classification of assets for risk assessment. Enforcement occurs through network segmentation on NVIDIA BlueField DPUs.

Siemens and Palo Alto Networks are embedding security into industrial automation. They will demonstrate an AI ready platform at the S4x26 conference in Miami. The solution uses NVIDIA BlueField for zero trust in automation settings.

Akamai has extended its Guardicore platform to NVIDIA BlueField for agentless segmentation at full speed. Xage Security is protecting energy infrastructure with zero trust enforcement on the same hardware.

Security services run at the edge on BlueField DPUs while operational data goes to centralized AI factories for analysis. This distributed model supports faster threat containment across OT and IT environments.
