Floqer plans to open-source the technology behind its autonomous customer knowledge database in early 2027, pending security reviews, the startup told TechCrunch. Some customers want to host their own data or modify the technology rather than use a proprietary platform.

The system uses AI agents to research companies and contacts, drawing on more than 100 third-party data sources and monitoring the web for changes to customer records. Floqer says access to the database is currently limited by its team's capacity to serve customers. The security reviews address sensitive customer information held in the database.
