# Salesforce ships job-ready Agentforce agents, pilots long-horizon runtime

Salesforce announced a portfolio of prebuilt Agentforce agents for sales, service, commerce, employee experience and back-office work, saying most are generally available now.

The company said the agents ship with job-specific skills, actions and data models, and run within customer permissions and business rules via Agent Script. Salesforce also introduced a long-horizon runtime with memory, durable execution and dynamic steering, first used by its outbound sales agent Hunter, which remains in pilot with general availability targeted for November 2026.

Salesforce reported 7 billion Agentic Work Units delivered across Agentforce and Slack, including 3.2 billion in its second quarter, and cited customer-reported resolution and pipeline figures.
