Empyrion closes financing for 7MW Taipei data center
Image: DCD Empyrion Digital closed financing with E.Sun Bank for its 7MW TW1 data center in Taipei's Neihu district. The five-story facility is planned to provide 4,260 square meters of colocation space and is scheduled to be ready for service in the fourth quarter of 2027. Empyrion began construction in January after announcing the Taiwan project in November 2024. The company says the facility will host AI and high-performance-computing workloads as well as enterprise and cloud customers.
