HCLSoftware plans to buy Croatia's Robotiq.ai for €9 million in cash, with the transaction expected to close in November 2026. Robotiq.ai sells software that automates work in existing applications, including systems used by banks, insurers and telecom providers.

HCLSoftware intends to add that capability to its UnO Agentic platform so AI-driven workflows can carry out tasks in applications where direct software connections are unavailable or insufficient. The proposed purchase covers all of Robotiq.ai's equity; the company reported €1.4 million in 2025 revenue.
