Yandex Pay users cannot transfer funds, check balances or make purchases following the latest drone strike on Yandex infrastructure, The Verge reported. Yandex Fintech head Dima Pirogov said the company could not give a precise restoration timeline. Claims that the attacks sharply reduced Russian disinformation activity rely partly on a misreading of a circulating Cloudflare chart. Researcher antibot4navalny said that chart measures automated Yandex web crawlers rather than social-media activity. Cloudflare's broader measure of bot activity from Russia remained largely unchanged around the attacks.
