Amazon.com closed a sterling-denominated notes offering with an aggregate public offering price of £4.242 billion, according to a Form 8-K filed with the SEC. The company estimates net proceeds of about £4.235 billion before offering expenses. The sale comprises £1.25 billion of 5.200% notes due 2029 and £1 billion each of notes due in 2032, 2038 and 2045, with coupons ranging from 5.550% to 6.650%.
