xAI released Grok Voice 3.0 through its Voice Agent API at $0.08 per minute ($4.80 per hour), the same price as Grok Voice 2.0. The company says agents using grok-voice-latest have already switched to the new model automatically, without requiring changes from developers.

xAI reports latency under one second and a 71.6% score on τ-Voice, which tests support calls involving different accents, background noise and interruptions. It also says Starlink call centers use Grok Voice for 20,000 customer calls daily across multiple languages, with roughly 70% resolved without a human. Those call-center figures describe Grok Voice broadly rather than a measured improvement over the previous version.
