T.A. Solberg Co. Data Breach Exposes Social Security Numbers
Image: Primary T.A. Solberg Co. has disclosed a data breach exposing personal and health information of affected individuals, according to a report published July 6, 2026, on ClaimDepot.com.
The company began notifying affected individuals on July 3, 2026, the report said. The breach was disclosed to the Vermont Attorney General on July 6, 2026.
A review of the files revealed that they compromised sensitive personal and health information including the names, Social Security numbers, driver's license or state identification card numbers, passport numbers, financial account information, pay card information, medical information and health insurance information, according to the report.
Information types exposed include Social Security numbers, health insurance information and driver's license or state identification card numbers, the report stated.
