Chinese brain-computer interface startup NeuroXess has raised RMB 700 million in Series B funding, TechNode reported. SDIC Juli, Shenzhen Capital Group and Qinzhi Capital co-led the round. The proceeds will support multicenter clinical trials, regulatory submissions, manufacturing capacity and next-generation products.

NeuroXess develops implantable systems combining flexible electrodes with wireless power and data transmission to support movement and speech decoding and external-device control. The company said it has completed 65 clinical cases and launched a registration trial involving nearly 20 hospitals in July. Its planned manufacturing facility has annual capacity of 10,000 systems.
