Google Cloud announced general availability of cross-cloud interconnect and caching for AWS and Azure in its Lakehouse, saying customers can query data over private connections with zero variable egress fees. Retrieved data blocks are automatically cached within Google Cloud.

Google also made BigQuery Graph generally available, allowing organizations to analyze relationships directly in relational tables without moving data into a separate graph database. Knowledge Catalog now supports generally available semantic models that let agents apply established business formulas from systems including Looker, dbt and SAP. Its new tools for automatically enriching business context and reviewing those changes remain in preview.
