SAP makes AI Agent Hub and Reltio available across business systems

SAP says its AI Agent Hub is now generally available, giving organizations tools to govern AI agents, large language models, and servers that connect AI to tools across SAP and non-SAP environments. SAP Reltio is also generally available within SAP Business Data Cloud to consolidate customer, supplier, product, and employee records across those systems. The company plans to roll out Joule Work to SAP customers later this month. Its desktop interface supports natural-language access to business data and coordinates workflows carried out by agents. Customers will also be able to build customized agents through Joule Studio, whose general availability is still upcoming.
