# Salesforce signs definitive agreement to acquire Braze

Salesforce and Braze announced a definitive agreement on October 20 under which Salesforce will acquire Braze, Salesforce said in a current report to the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Salesforce incorporated the companies' joint announcement into the report and also published an investor webinar about the transaction, attaching both as exhibits. The acquisition remains subject to the terms and conditions of the agreement.
