# Novo to test Anthropic's Claude Science in drug research

Novo and Anthropic announced a collaboration under which Novo will test Claude Science in selected research-and-development workflows for drug discovery. The companies said they will build targeted tools for scientific tasks and biological reasoning, while Novo will also use Anthropic frontier models for AI-driven software development. Novo said the work will include data governance and human oversight; financial terms were not disclosed.
