OpenAI says it will end its contract to supply models to Cursor on 12 November following SpaceX's completed acquisition of the coding platform. The company said it will not supply its forthcoming Astra model to Cursor, citing concerns about compliance with its terms of service. Cursor already offers Grok 4.5 on every plan through SpaceXAI, according to the report. OpenAI said it provided the maximum notice allowed under its contract and would support developers moving off its models.
