Supermicro said it completed an independent investigation into customer transactions covered by a federal indictment alleging diversion of restricted AI hardware to China. The company said the review found no evidence that current senior management knew of the alleged scheme or of actual diversion by the company, and said several employees were terminated in connection with the investigation. Supermicro also said it had adopted recommendations to strengthen export-compliance programs, with independent directors to oversee remaining measures.
