Microsoft is investigating an issue that can delay or prevent some Windows users from opening the Teams desktop client, according to a report citing the company's service notices.

Microsoft said affected users may see delays of up to two minutes and suggested the web client or mobile app as alternatives. It is also investigating a separate issue that can prevent Mac users from joining Teams calls and meetings, after reassessing an earlier explanation that a code change caused the impact.
