# Ondas acquires GATE and Bron in deal worth up to $390 million

Ondas acquired GATE Technologies and affiliated manufacturer Bron Technologies for $205 million upfront and as much as $185 million in performance-based consideration through 2028. The purchase adds electronic systems that keep munitions safe until specified arming and initiation conditions are met, along with Poland-based manufacturing and certification capacity.

Ondas is paying $105 million in cash and $100 million in stock before a working-capital adjustment. The company expects U.S.-produced finished products and integrated systems in the first half of 2027, while its revenue and earnings forecasts for the acquired business remain projections.
