Meta partners with CBRE to train data center technicians in new workforce program

No prior experience is required, and participants will receive an hourly wage during training, though the specific amount has not been disclosed. The program will also cover relocation costs for participants.
LevelUp is designed for "people looking to start a new career or recent high school graduates exploring options," according to the program announcement.
