# BRC agrees to acquire Sangoma in approximately $204 million deal

BRC Group Holdings has agreed to acquire communications company Sangoma Technologies in a transaction valuing Sangoma at an enterprise value of approximately $204 million, Investing.com reported.

Sangoma shareholders would receive $4.925 in cash and 0.04767 of a BRC share for each Sangoma share. The companies expect Sangoma to become part of BRC Telecom after closing. Sangoma's board approved the transaction, and officers and directors holding approximately 27% of its shares agreed to support it.

The deal still requires a two-thirds shareholder vote, along with court and regulatory approvals, and is expected to close no later than early 2027.
