Prometheus raises $12B at $41B valuation for physical AI

It develops an artificial engineer designed to simulate physical laws, model real-world trial-and-error workflows and automate the end-to-end design and manufacturing cycles of highly complex hardware.
This week's top five artificial intelligence venture capital deals, ranked from highest to lowest funding, each exceeded 200 million dollars. Germany-based NEURA Robotics raised up to 1.4 billion dollars in a Series C round. New York City and Tel Aviv-based Cyera raised 600 million dollars at a 12 billion dollar valuation in a venture funding round.
Las Vegas-based TensorWave raised 350 million dollars in a Series B round at a valuation of 1.55 billion dollars. Bengaluru-based Sarvam raised 234 million dollars in the first close of a 300 million dollar Series B round at a valuation of 1.5 billion dollars. The companies develop an all-AMD AI cloud platform and full-stack sovereign artificial intelligence systems respectively.
Overall artificial intelligence venture capital activity continued its strength from prior weeks with seven announcements coming in over 100 million dollars. Smaller funding raises that did not make the top five included announcements from the agentic AI, AI infrastructure and AI security sectors. The top five also included companies in the security, frontier AI and cloud computing spaces.
