Workday and Sana Unveil A Bold New Strategy For AI

Workday announced an AI strategy this week centered on the Sana platform. The strategy makes Sana the AI infrastructure for Workday and positions it as the company's agent development system. All Workday customers have immediate access to a new interface called Sana for Workday. This experience brings Workday transactions and data into the Sana Agent so users can query information and run reports while respecting security rules. Workday introduced Sana Enterprise. The upgraded platform allows access to other enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Teams, Slack and Sharepoint with read and write capabilities. Sana now serves as Workday's Agent Development System. Users can build custom agents using a workflow tool that supports drag and drop steps and prompt paths. Workday plans to integrate the Flowise tool into Sana in coming quarters. Sana's AI infrastructure becomes the foundation for Workday AI. New agents developed
