Publication of FAC 2026-01

The Federal Acquisition Regulatory Council published Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01 in the Federal Register. The circular summarizes a final rule that amends the Federal Acquisition Regulation to adjust thresholds for application of the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements.
