Motion raises €1.7 million to scale humanoid-robot deployments
Image: Primary Brussels startup Motion has raised a €1.7 million pre-seed round led by Extantia Capital, with Norrsken Evolve participating.
Motion says it will use the funding to move five live pilots with Belgian industrial, warehouse and logistics companies into full production, expand its team and grow its robot fleet in the Benelux. The company offers a monthly-fee service covering robot selection, task training, integration, fleet management, financing, insurance, compliance and maintenance.
It claims its humanoids perform crate loading, container packing and conveyor-belt component placement.
