Trajectory has raised $45 million in Series A funding at a $300 million valuation and is making its model post-training platform publicly available, TechCrunch reported. Sequoia led the round, with participation from Nvidia, Bessemer Venture Partners and Bain Capital Ventures.

The platform connects open source models to business applications, collects feedback on their performance and uses it to retrain them for specialized tasks. Customers include Harvey, Rogo, Decagon, Mercor and Nvidia. Trajectory says its interface lets specialists guide model improvements without building an internal research team; humans remain involved in deciding what constitutes good performance.
