Cloudflare expands threat intelligence access and automated application defenses

Cloudflare said it is extending threat intelligence to all customers and introducing a feature to automate deployment of security rules that allow expected application traffic. The company presented the changes alongside a broader application security framework intended to connect code findings, traffic signals and investigations. Cloudflare also said it is developing a separate service that will periodically test customer URLs with AI agents. That testing service is still in development. The announced changes give application owners additional ways to act on threats detected across Cloudflare's network.
