Artist KC Green, creator of the "This is fine" meme, has reached an agreement with AI startup Artisan.

The dispute began after Artisan used a version of Green's art in bus and subway ads promoting its AI assistant Ava. The ad showed Green's dog character amid flames declaring "My pipeline is on fire" and urging people to "Hire Ava the AI BDR."

Green had criticized the use on social media. Artisan said it has respect for Green's work. The sides reached a settlement, with Artisan removing the ads in New York and San Francisco. Green removed his initial post.
