# Fleet Breaks Ground on 230MW Data Center Near Reno, Nevada

Data center developer Fleet has broken ground on its first facility outside Reno, Nevada.

The 230MW project is located on a 256-acre portion of Tract-owned land in Storey County. Nevada Governor Joe Lombardo attended the groundbreaking event this week, according to local press reports.

The project has been 100 percent leased to an unnamed AA- investment grade rated tenant with a market cap in excess of $3 trillion on a 197-month triple net lease.

Tract, founded by former Cologix CEO Gran Van Rooyen, has been preparing land in the area since 2023. Fleet, launched by Tract Capital, focuses on mega-scale campuses of 500MW and above. Rumors in February suggested Nvidia as the tenant.
