HCLTech has opened a 40,000-square-foot advanced semiconductor lab in Bengaluru after investing Rs 185 crore, according to the company. The facility includes 25,000 square feet of Class 10K and Class 1K cleanrooms and is designed for post-silicon engineering, testing and failure analysis. HCLTech said tools from Teradyne, Advantest, Keysight, Tektronix and Thermo Fisher support research and development, pre-production and production qualification. The company said the lab provides electrical validation, automated testing, qualification and failure analysis on one platform.
