PLACE agrees to acquire mortgage software company Ardley

PLACE agrees to acquire mortgage software company Ardley Image: Primary
PLACE agreed to acquire Ardley, whose software helps mortgage companies and banks analyze existing loan portfolios and send customers pre-structured loan offers. PLACE plans to combine that technology with services spanning borrower acquisition, loan origination, fulfillment and servicing. The deal follows PLACE's acquisition of Maxwell in September 2026. Maxwell serves more than 400 financial institutions and facilitates more than $130 billion in annual mortgage transactions. Ardley and Maxwell had already announced an integration earlier in 2026 linking portfolio analysis with Maxwell's point-of-sale technology. Ardley will continue serving its existing customers and partners following the acquisition.
