Ledger reports hardware implant in wallet sold through CryptoBilis

Ledger reports hardware implant in wallet sold through CryptoBilis Image: Primary
Ledger says an affected customer's wallet sold through CryptoBilis contained an unauthorized hardware implant. The company has temporarily paused sales through the reseller following reports of stolen funds; CryptoBilis has stopped selling all hardware wallet inventory during the investigation. In an October 11 update, Ledger said a limited number of devices were affected and all confirmed cases involved CryptoBilis sales. It advised resellers to use authorized supply channels and avoid restocking returned products. The investigation remains ongoing.
