DLSS-NR update extends Nvidia rendering features to three Radeon generations

XFX Swift Radeon RX 9070 GRE Image: Primary
Daniel Blanco's DLSS-NR project has added the main Nvidia DLSS rendering features to AMD Radeon GPUs in its 0.8.0 update, Tom's Hardware reports. The update expands the project beyond its initial Neural Rendering support to include Super Resolution, Frame Generation and Ray Reconstruction. The mod supports RX 9000, 7000 and 6000 cards in DirectX 12 games that use FSR, DLSS or XeSS. Its NeuralHub loader inserts the mod into the game's existing upscaling pipeline. Performance reports vary: some Reddit users report no loss against native FSR, while others report up to 25% lower frame rates. The mod does not work with anti-cheat.
